Privacy Policy — TEMPLATE
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE — SET AFTER LEGAL REVIEW]
This template explains how Tradify Signals may handle information when you use the Tradify Signals mobile application and related public pages. Replace [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], and [SUPPORT EMAIL], then verify all statements against actual practices. Tradify Signals is a decision-support product and does not execute trades or provide financial advice.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, display name, password credentials in protected form, account status, and session information when you create or use an account.
- Trader and product information: watchlist symbols, price alerts, trade journal records, notification read state, performance records, risk preferences, selected strategy, and onboarding choices.
- Subscription information: membership tier, subscription status, expiration or renewal state, store transaction identifiers, and billing recovery information needed to confirm paid access. Payments are processed through Apple, Google, and the billing services used to verify store purchases; Tradify Signals does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Device and technical information: information needed to keep a session working, remember selected local preferences, deliver the app, diagnose failures, and maintain security. Some preferences and offline records are stored on your device through the app’s local storage.
- Market information: market quotes, instrument selections, and signal context used to provide the product. Market-provider and broker diagnostics are used for service operations and are not presented as customer account data.
How we use information
- Provide market views, opportunity context, alerts, trade planning, performance views, account access, and settings.
- Sync account-owned records across supported sessions and devices when you sign in.
- Confirm purchases, restore access, reconcile subscription state, and prevent unauthorized billing changes.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain reliable operations.
- Respond to support or account requests and communicate service or policy changes when necessary.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide and protect the service. This may include infrastructure and hosting providers, authentication and session services, Apple or Google for store purchases, subscription verification services, market-data providers, and professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is required by law. Those parties receive only the information needed for their role and may process it under their own privacy policies.
Customer screens use neutral opportunity language. Restricted administrator tools may expose account, subscription, support, audit, and operational records to authorized administrators for service administration. Provider credentials, broker details, internal diagnostics, and other restricted operational information are not part of ordinary customer views.
Retention and your choices
Specify the retention periods for account, subscription, security, and billing records. The authenticated app provides an account-data export and account-deletion control; the public deletion-request page is also available. Device-local information may remain until removed from the device.
For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, use the in-app controls or contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Describe any retained security, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records and the applicable retention periods here.
Security and age requirements
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Tradify Signals is not directed to children, and you must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service, law, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you have reviewed the revised policy.
