These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tradify Signals mobile application and related public pages. By creating an account, using the app, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Tradify Signals

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Keep your account credentials private, provide accurate account information, and promptly notify us through the available support channel if you believe an account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account, reverse engineer or scrape restricted systems, bypass membership controls, upload malicious code, or use market information to violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

Market information and risk disclosure

Quotes, signals, charts, reference prices, plans, alerts, AI-generated notes, and other content may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. A qualified opportunity is a hypothesis to validate, never an instruction or promise. You must independently evaluate pricing, spread, liquidity, execution, leverage, fees, taxes, and suitability before making any decision.

Trading leveraged products, foreign exchange, indices, metals, cryptoassets, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of more than your initial amount depending on the product and account. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions, trades, losses, and compliance with the rules that apply where you live.

Memberships and store billing

Some features are available through optional Free, Pro, or VIP memberships. Prices, included features, taxes, trial terms, and availability are shown in the app or store checkout and may change prospectively. Paid access begins only after the relevant store and subscription-verification services confirm the purchase.

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Store terms, payment methods, cancellation controls, refunds, and charge handling are governed by the applicable store’s rules. Unless the store’s rules say otherwise, memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled through the store account used for purchase. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Restored purchases and access remain subject to server confirmation.

Accounts, suspension, and availability

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements, or address unpaid or reversed transactions. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including market sources and membership benefits, but will not promise that any particular signal, instrument, or feature will always be available.

Local settings and records may be stored on your device. Account-owned records that are synced to the service may be available across supported sessions. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information you need.

Intellectual property and feedback

Tradify Signals and its software, design, content, marks, and systems are owned by or licensed to the service operator and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without owing compensation, while retaining ownership of your independent ideas and materials.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradify Signals disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradify Signals is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, execution outcomes, interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, law, or business changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about an account, subscription, or these terms should be raised through the support channel provided with your account or store listing.
